SEASONED WITH SALT

S--Col. 4:6 “Let your conversation be always full of grace seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”

O--Paul is writing instructions for living an effective and positive life.

A--What a great community we would have if our speech were full of grace and seasoned with salt (flavor and wholesomeness). I believe if we talked in that fashion we would be listened to, and considered. Have you ever said “I want to tell it as it is!” Well we can be honest, forthright and “tell it like it is,” and still be filled with grace.

P--Oh God, help me to think before I speak. I want my conversations to be honest, clear, wholesome and full of grace
