Wednesday, July 13, 2011 - Isaiah 15-18; Hebrews 10
S - Hebrews 10:24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds...
O - We are being told not to give up on each other, our fellow Christians, but to spur each other on, encourage each other.
A - Kick 'em to the curb. Oh, Lord, how often do I feel like giving up on some who seem to never change? They keep being mean and judgmental and keep on sinning even though they profess a faith in Jesus Christ. And yet, I am called to consider how, to figure out a way, to convince these same people to go in the other direction, that they may love and do good things - to not give up on them.
P - Oh, Lord, teach me to love even more, that I may encourage others on to love.
