S- 1 Kings 8:17 - You did well to have this in your heart."
O - The temple began with a plan from heaven given to Moses. Then it was a passionate persistent desire in David's heart. Finally it was fulfilled by Solomon. Each man did well and God was working through each one. This all set the stage for the desire of the Father to dwell among us which culminated in both the birth and ministry of Jesus Christ and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
A - Some of us prayerfully carry a desire of God. Others get to bring it to fruition. According to 1 Cor. 3: 6 - 9, some are called to plant and others to water, and each will be rewarded by God.
P - Lord, help us each to do our part and not compare ourselves with anyone else. Lord, fulfill your desires through us whether we are the planters, the waterers or the reapers. Amen!
